|Tkachuk has been suspended one game for triggering a mini-brawl in Detroit on Wednesday night by tapping Luke Witkowski on the back of the leg as he was being escorted off the ice by officials.
Analysis: Tkachuk ignited two fights when he wacked Witkowski in the back of the leg as Witkowski was walking down the tunnel and barking at the Calgary bench. Tkachuk, 19, is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the NHL's most irritating players. He was suspended two games last season for an elbow to the head of Los Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty.

|Bobrovsky made 36 saves for his 21st career shutout in the Blue Jackets' 2-0 victory over the Rangers on Friday.
Analysis: Bobrovsky is 11-4-1 with a 2.02 GAA this season and has stopped 122 of 126 shots in his last four starts - including three straight wins.

|Lundqvist made 40 saves but Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 36 shots to lead the Blue Jackets to a 2-0 win over the Rangers on Friday.
Analysis: Lundqvist has dropped back-to-back starts after being in net for each game of the Rangers' six-game win streak. He got plenty of goal support (26) during that stretch as he owned a 2.66 GAA and .913 save percentage. In the last two, he's stopped 70 of 76 shots with the Rangers scoring three times.

Analysis: It was the second consecutive multipoint performance and third in five games for Staal, who leads the Wild with 17 points.

Analysis: Spurgeon hasn't been much of a fantasy factor over the years, but he already has 14 points in 18 games after posting a career-high 38 last season.

Analysis: Though his 17-game drought ended, don't necessarily expect the flood gates to open from here. He's scored just 23 goals in 142 games in a Nashville uniform after totaling 65 in his final 2 1/2 seasons with Columbus.

Analysis: Dubnyk entered the game with a franchise-record shutout streak of 195 minutes, 5 seconds. That ended 49 seconds in when Ryan Johansen converted a pass from Filip Forsberg, the first goal allowed by Dubnyk on 108 shots.

|Zucker scored the go-ahead goal with 2:55 left and the Wild scored four goals in less than six minutes in the third period to beat the Predators 6-4 on Thursday night.
Analysis: Zucker remains probably the hottest player in hockey. He has eight goals in Minnesota's last five games and the last seven came in the third period, including three game-winners. He's already halfway to his career-high goal total of 22 from last season.

|Anderson stopped 26 of 28 shots in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Penguins.
Analysis: Anderson had little chance on the Penguins goals, both of which were off point shots through a crowd. This was just the second time in his last nine starts in which Anderson allowed fewer than three goals.
